In the past year we have had many diverse programs including a 4 session class led by Rabbi Jonathan Lipnick on Women Yiddish writers, Rabbi Broitman’s 4 session class on antisemitism and speakers such as Anat Hoffman speaking about Women of the Wall, Charlayne hunter-Gault speaking about her newest book, Donald Berwick on Healthcare policy, Susan Suleiman on her new memoir and a 2 session pannel on Democracy in Israel.
We look forward to another year of interesting and active programming.

We will be reading and discussing Emily Dickinson, The Death of Ivan Ilyich by Leo Tolstoy , selections from Marcel Proust, In Search of Lost Time, Abraham Joshua Heschel, “Death as Homecoming” and other Jewish texts.
