Rabbi Avi Dabush is the director of Rabbis for Human Rights and a survivor along with his wife and children, of the October 7th attack on Kibbutz Nirim, on the Gaza envelope. Rabbi Dabush continues to fight for peace and justice for all who live in Israel-Palestine.

Raised in a national religious community in the southern town of Ashkelon, Rabbi Dabush is an inspirational author, thought leader, and activist, who has devoted decades to civil rights, democracy, and equality in Israel. The Martha’s Vineyard Hebrew Center is happy to bring to our members the opportunity to hear a conversation with Rabbi Dabush, moderated by Professor Yael Sternhell of Tel Aviv University, about the current situation.

This program is brought by New Israel Fund New England and hosted by and co-sponsored with Temple Sinai in Brookline.
